SENATOR DYSON, entitled:                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
          "An Act relating to the practice of telemedicine;                                                                     
          relating to licenses for out-of-state physicians or                                                                   
          podiatrists to practice telemedicine in this state under                                                              
          certain circumstances; and relating to insurance
